This Palm Pre theme was created from a request by a Palm Pre user at PreThemer.com.
We had previously created a Monster Energy theme for the Palm Pre that had backgrounds with women in lingerie or bikinis. The request was for a new Monster Energy theme that didn’t use scantily clad women. So we used backgrounds that use events that Monster Energy sponsors or supports, such as extreme sports.
We used the icons stock from the Palm Pre, coloring them to match the colors found on various Monster Energy drink cans; we also modified a few third party application icons. There are several custom backgrounds/wallpapers. Several stock applications were themed as well, including the phone dialer, calculator and messaging bubbles. There is a custom boot logo/screen as well.
This is by far our most popular theme on PreThemer with more than 2,300 downloads as of this posting. PreThemer users have given it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
